BY ATTENDING OR JOINING THIS EVENT, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
□    The activity for which you are registering may be physically challenging and pose a risk of discomfort, illness, injury, and even death. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in sufficient physical condition to participate in the Event without risk to your health or your life.
□    Where you have registered your child, you also agree to the contents of this Agreement and Waiver on behalf of the person under 18.

WAIVER/INDEMNITY BOND/DECLARATION BY PARENTS:
I understand the risk involved in enrolling for Run Bhopal Run virtual event. I absolve Bhopal Runners, its associates and partners of any injury sustained physically, mentally or emotionally during the race. I take total responsibility for the enrolment of myself for event. All mandatory requirements (name, age, email addresses and phone numbers) have been correctly given by me at the time of registration and all information may be sent to the provided communication details.
□    Age as on the Date of Event will be taken into consideration for eligibility.
□    Organizer reserves the right to ask for any documentation that may be required for verification and confirmation of the participant at any point in time.
□    Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant in case of any discrepancy being found in the application/documents or in the tracking data
□    In the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the Event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non- refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified.
□    Organizers will be authorized to make any and all decisions regarding cancellation or changing of the time of the marathon, its course, or all-out or partial cancellation in accordance with weather conditions anticipated before the marathon; whether or not they materialise, I waived all claims hence. I, the undersigned, commit to not suing or making any tort claim against the aforementioned parties.
□    All information provided by me is true to my knowledge.
In consideration of the opportunity provided by Bhopal Runners to participate, I hereby voluntarily state, represent and agree as follows: I am voluntarily entering or agreeing to participate in the Virtual events. I recognize that participation in the event is a potentially hazardous activity and I willingly assume all risks associated with such participation, including, but not limited to, falls; contact with other people, or vehicular or other traffic; the effects of the weather, including heat and/or humidity, wind, cold, and wet or slippery surfaces; physical injury from the act of running itself, terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.

ETHICAL WAIVER
I understand that use of any type of vehicle, roller skates, inline skates are not allowed while Running. I will abide by the terms & conditions and State regulatory guidelines.

MEDICAL WAIVER
I understand that I/my child must be of, and must train to, an appropriate level of fitness to participate in such a physically demanding Virtual event l have obtained a medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner, allowing me/my child to participate in the event;
We shall follow and adhere to all COVID-19 guidelines/Government Rules (GR) that the Government of India or the respective State Government/s enforce with regards to public lockdown, social distancing, public gathering etc. In my failure to follow any such guidelines/GR, I shall not hold the promoters/their employees/Sponsors/Partners/their associates responsible for my child’s actions or the consequences thereof; neither shall I hold Bhopal Runners responsible for any medical condition / emergency arising due to the covid-19 infections during the term of the event.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:
I grant permission to Bhopal Runners to use, publish or license or authorize others to use, publish or license any photographs, motion pictures, video or sound recordings, and/or any other record of participation.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE:
Having read this Waiver/Release and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application for the Event, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, do hereby waive, release, discharge, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue Bhopal Runners., or any Campaign sponsors, staff and other representatives, agents, and successors of of the foregoing event, from any and all present and future claims and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in the Event. In case I register my kids for the event, I will be responsible for their safety and wellbeing during the Virtual event and the Releasee will in no way be liable. I further acknowledge that the Releasee reserve the right to change the details (such as the date, start time, distance, prizes and any other decisions pertaining to Campaign) of the Campaign at any time for any reason, and I hereby waive and release any claims that I may have as a result of any such change.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING:
I have read this waiver/release, and I fully understand its terms and conditions and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to bring actions against the releasees. I acknowledge that I agree to the waiver/release freely and voluntarily.
